Green Street is a full renovation of a single residential unit within a San Francisco high-rise tower. Visual simplicity and clarity is the goal for the project.
Careful consideration was given to the placement of a minimal kitchen and the master bathroom “core”, leaving the remainder of the unit open and encumbered. The expansive glass panes open the living space to The Bay and Alcatraz, with the views bracketed by floor-to-ceiling cabinetry on either side and an Italian porcelain tile flooring. A layer of sophistication to detail is brought through the need for acoustic isolation and A/V requirements.
